We will try to process all orders as soon as payments are cleared. If for any circumstance an order cannot be processed within a reasonable time, we will notify you with the option of a full refund. All products are delivered either by courier or by post, depending on their size and value. The carrier will deliver during the day, but will not be able to give a specific time.

The delivery charge only applies for framed prints and canvases; the cost will vary by destination, size and weight of the picture, so please contact us at email@example.com for a quote.

Your Rights of Cancellation or Return
At Urbana Gallery, we want you to feel confident about buying from us online. So if you do change your mind, you can return the goods in their original packaging within 7 days.
Also, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI2000/2334), you can cancel the contract within a period of 7 working days, starting with the day after the day on which your parcel is delivered.
To cancel your contract, please pack the relevant item securely and send it to us with a copy of your order so that we receive it within 7 working days after the day of the date that the item was delivered to you.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the items except in the unlikely event we delivered the items to you in error or the items are faulty. If this was the case then please let us know by using the enquiry form in the 'Contact Us' section of the website. For your own peace of mind and protection, we suggest that you use a tracked and insured service, or a specialist parcel carrier. If we have already sent your order to you, we will make the appropriate refund when we receive the items from you.
We cannot cancel your purchase when:
- You are unable to provide proof of purchase
- The goods have been damaged since delivery
Cancellations by us
We reserve the right to cancel the Contract between us if one or more of the Goods You ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be liable to pay any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Return of Faulty Goods
If there is a fault with your product we will normally offer a prompt repair, exchange, refund or a credit.
When returning products you are advised to use an insured parcel service, which requires a signature on delivery, as we will not be held responsible for products lost or damaged in transit.

Prices in Euros and US $ are for information purposes only, all orders are charged in pounds sterling, you may therefore see a small variation between the Euro € or US $ price displayed at Urbana-Gallery and the amount shown on your statement, due to changes in the exchange rate between when the price is displayed and when it is billed.

VAT is charged on most goods and services within the European Union. Art prints and picture frames are charged at the standard rate: 20%. All prices displayed at Urbana-Gallery are inclusive of UK VAT at the appropriate rate.
